Return Policy

Exchange policy

If you find a problem with the product you received, please contact us immediately, and our customer service representative will try to solve the problem for you.

We will only replace defective items (excluding defects caused by the buyer's careless use). If the goods are returned to us within 7 days of purchase, we can issue a SODA MAKER product exchange. We will arrange to replace the same product of the same quantity ordered by the customer. The product to be exchanged must be unused and in the same state as when the item was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable (if any). When exchanging goods, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. If you need a replacement, please email immediately.
